My browser froze in the middle of capturing a profile, do I have to start over?
Instead of starting your capture over, we have a way to continue capturing an Instagram profile. The first thing you would do is run a scrape only of the profile. To do so, in the browser, after loading the Instagram page click Expand> Select Scroll to the bottom to reveal the full grid>Select Get post URLs and email to > Enter the email address you would like the URLs to be delivered to > Expand.
You will then receive an email with the scrape file of all posts in the profile, you can also find the scrape file in the notification section in your Portal. The first sheet will have all post URLs from the profile, indicating if there is a video associated or not, the second sheet will be URLs that only contain videos.
To capture the list of posts, in your browser click expand and Capture a list of post URLs. From the scrape file, you can copy and paste the URLs needed to be captured. We recommend entering 50-100 URLs at a time to prevent the browser from crashing/timing out and to prevent the platform from flagging your account.
