How to Capture Likes and Followers

Facebook Likes/Reactions:

1. Click on the number of reactions.
2. In the pop-up that shows up, scroll down to load all names. Make sure the “All” tab is selected, if there are different types of reactions (i.e. likes, loves, supports, etc.).
3. Single Screen captures: Unfortunately, scrolling captures do not work at this time. Captures need to be single-screen.

Instagram Followers:

1. Click on the followers so it shows up on its own window.
2. Scroll down to the end of all the followers so they are loaded.
3. Click Capture and open your Advanced Settings
4. Set the PDF Overlap to 1,300
5. Select the “Select a Container to Capture” box and select Container 2 in the containers dropdown
6. Make an entire page capture
7. NOTE: You may not be able to see the full list of followers. Instagram does not always display a full list. If there are thousands, you might not be able to reach the bottom of the list.

Instagram Likes:

1. Click on the likes so it shows up on its own window.
2. Scroll down to the end of all the likes so they are loaded.
3. Click Capture and open your Advanced Settings
4. Set the PDF Overlap to 1250
5. Select the “Select a Container to Capture” box and select the container that highlights the likes window in the containers dropdown
6. Make an entire page capture
7. NOTE: If you are missing likes from the capture, this is due to Instagram preventing us from getting all the content. You will need to scroll in the likes box and do single-screen captures of the missing content
