If you find that your Page Vault Browser is stuck and that you cannot log out normally, you can terminate the browser session from your Portal.
- Log in to your Portal account at portal.page-vault.com
- Click on “Profile” in the dropdown menu that appears when you click on your login name in the upper right-hand corner
- From the left menu, select “Active Sessions”
- On the Active Sessions page, click on the red “X” in the column next to the active session to terminate.
