How to Terminate a Stuck Browser Session

If you find that your Page Vault Browser is stuck and that you cannot log out normally, you can terminate the browser session from your Portal.

  1. Log in to your Portal account at portal.page-vault.com
  2. Click on “Profile” in the dropdown menu that appears when you click on your login name in the upper right-hand corner
  3. From the left menu, select “Active Sessions”
  4. On the Active Sessions page, click on the red “X” in the column next to the active session to terminate.
