I didn’t receive a download link for my export

If you exported folder(s) from your Portal and did not receive a second email from Page Vault with a link to download the export, the folder size might be too large to export at one time.

To solve this, please try exporting a smaller amount of content at once e.g., sub-folders or smaller size folders.

Otherwise, please contact our Support team at support@page-vault.com, and we will be able to export the large folder for you.
